Born as Aithne Irdane, a Domani with the spark to channel, a freak accident with a ter'angreal changed her world and life forever. Stranded on a strange world unlike anything she'd ever known and lacking memories of who and what she was, she was eventually taken in by a diabolical cultic group where she underwent a horredous ritual to become a hellspawn herself. The transformation left her perfect and without flaw, pleasing to the eye and senses, and with a twisted perception on the world that led to her campaigning against Celestia by stalking the dreams of the immortals. In the war that ensued, she led an army against the Shining Walls themselves, but in the end the contest drew to a stalemate, and badly wounded she was carried away by her lover. She later gave birth to baby girl and after the plunge into motherhood she seemed to have mellowed from her fiery disposition, but only time will tell whether the fire in her diabolical heart will once again be fanned to life.

Credit goes to for the lineart. She drew it, I just colored it! Thanks B!
I would also like to give credit to these tutorials which were immensly helpful to me: [link] by [link] by
There was also a hair tutorial by which was helpful to me in shading the hair, and a wing tutorial which I think was by which gave me some ideas in shading the wings.
Also kudos to *Bhryn and *Jardel-Karabella for taking the time to give me input and links to tutorials on the WIP
Finally want to send out a HUGE thank you to who gave me sime tips on shading the clothing and such as well. *snug-glomps the 'Serker*
Ok, I think that's everyone now. If there are more I'll add them later, promise!
Media: PSP 8.0
Time: 8-10 hours (I lost count after a while XD)
Constructive C&C always loved!
Enjoy
Edit: Remembered some others I wanted to credit and give thanks to for their help ^_^
I know you drew over my lineart, here's a hint - next time, try to make your lines really fine and then on an extra layer over it, add thickness to show depth of the lineart
The colouring looks good, but my only gripe is still with the shadows - I suggest really having a good look at your own face in the mirror with a lamp, see where the shadows fall when you place a lap over head, under, etc etc, and remember that
Yeah, I'll be the first to admit I need to work on my shading. I was trying to do it totally from imagining the lightsource coming down...not easy! @_@
I'll try that with a lamp though, and the lineart tip too ^_^
Very nice, I think it's definitely your best piece to date. Only real advice I can offer is you might want to use the smudge tool to smooth out the skin and the silk a little, since contrast in textures can be very eye catching.
I feel like I've smudged it to death already, lol! If I get in a mood, I'll have to see what I can do though. ^_^ For now I have some other projects that I need to get started on, AJ's doodle for one!
We want to know what love means to you!
Get your creative juices flowing and design a movie poster for "Paper Heart" that focuses on the theme "What Does Love Mean to Me?".
The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example.
